transformation

for an evolving world

Approach

1. Engage in new conversations.

Authentic conversation leads directly to deep engagement with the world around us. It opens up possibilities for solutions to our toughest problems and invites the leader in each of to emerge to help us through the biggest collective challenges we face.

New conversations can also involve new language because language shapes the way we think. Our habitual patterns of speech and reference can hold our thought patterns locked. We work with you to liberate you from old patterns, and create those that truly serve your purpose and intentions.

2. Focus on what is working.

Building on the strengths within the organization is a key to optimal effectiveness. This is not to say ignore what challenges may exist. It references the importance of center of gravity and orientation.

3. Go to the core.

What if we questioned our deepest assumptions in light of the challenges and opportunities we face today?  We could we transform our most fundamental approaches to ourselves and our systems to enable entirely new levels of agility, health, and results.

Our processes quickly address the problems by going to the root or core of any challenges that may exist, and break beyond habitual frames of reference.

4. Support novelty.

New and unique information needs to be supported, and not squashed for its difference. Our processes enhance creativity, allow intuition and harness the imagination. We recognize the value of novelty and newness as key to creating the results you desire and for individual, organizational and social transformation.

5. Allow emergence.

Systems self-organize. This includes the 'simple' system of a single individual all the way to the most complex system many of us can imagine.... our whole planet.

We recognize that change cannot be managed, it emerges. Results occur when we work with change, rather than trying to create it. Much or our work is about creating and holding a container for the group's wisdom to emerge.

6. Lead from the future as it emerges.

What we pay attention to, and how we pay attention - both individually and collectively - is key to what we create. Fundamental problems, as Einstein once noted, cannot be solved at the same level of thought that created them.

There is a future that is calling us forth, and, it is our job to get there. Listening to the intimations and intuitions of the future that wants to arise is key. This involves opening our minds, our hearts and our wills. This holistic opening constitutes a shift in awareness that allows us to learn from the future as it emerges, and to realize that future in the world.

7. Work with interrelated layers of complexity.

Working with complex systems entails working at different levels of complexity and consciousness simultaneously. Different levels require different approaches. Our proficiency is based in being able to understand these interrelated streams, and navigate appropriately.

Positive change in an organization is directly linked to positive change in individuals.

Positive change in individuals is directly linked to positive change in a system.

8. What we need is already here.

The wisdom we need right now is already in the room. We draw upon the experience and existing competencies in the people involved. This enables any positive change to be sustainable after we exit your life.

We harness this expertise by creating a space for everyone to truly work together in a generative manner. Co-creation is the best way to get to wise action.
