Eating Healthy by

Breaking Bad Eating Habits

Build your health by rebuilding your relationship to food using NLP

Admit it. We all eat things that we wish we wouldn't. This may be just the occasional piece of cake at a party, or the vast majority of our diet. Do any of the following apply to you?

− Always room for dessert, no matter how full you are?
− Know you should start eating healthy, but for some reason it never happens?
− Finally getting a handle on your weight issues, but sugar cravings aren't going
     away?
− Have trouble not eating some things when you know you don’t really want to?
− Stress eating adding more stress?

Think about this. If I told you that you can instantly stop craving potato chips, candy bars, pizza, hot dogs, sweets and fast foods forever while also actually wanting and enjoying healthy food, would you actually do it?

Now to be honest with you, I'm not there to listen to your answer, but try this. Sit there, read the above question again, and answer it.

Was there a hesitation to actually want to say yes, or even no?

If you experienced any hesitation then, keep reading.

What's Getting in Your Way?

If I had to guess, you decided several times to change your eating lifestyle. And then sometime along the way somewhere after making that initial decision something happens where it seems like there's this invisible wall between wanting it and doing it. Perhaps the wanting fades, or the cravings increase, or the drive just disappears.

It's that same invisible wall. This wall is what blocks us from saying no to the foods that you know you shouldn't be eating and saying yes to the ones you know you should. This wall is changeable. And in fact, we can actually recraft this same ‘wall’ to support us in eating healthy instead.

You Eat What You Think

People generally think that changing what we eat should be as simple as just choosing to buy different items at the grocery store. When they do not succeed, they end up thinking that they are the ones that are the problem by not sticking to their commitments. No one is going to deny the fact that a good dose of will power will help in this process, but that is not the only ingredient necessary. Changing the way our brains process and respond to different foods is a huge part of it.
If our minds process a certain food or eating style with, let’s say, safety, comfort or enjoyment, and other (often more healthy foods) with boredom and dullness, it is no wonder that we are compelled to keep eating certain foods. Can you imagine what would happen if you changed your brain to actually be drawn to and rejoice in the foods that right now you only wished you wanted to eat?

Come join us for 2 hours and you will:

− Learn how to stop eating bad foods within 5 minutes no matter how much you

  love them.
− Learn how the mind creates these blocks.
− Learn how to take down this wall between desire and doing.

So how do we do all this?

NLP utilizes the combined power of our mind and our body to create changes in people’s lives. This works because NLP teaches our brains to respond differently to triggers. Why? Because NLP focuses on the unconscious part of the brain/body connection and re-trains that connection to behave differently.
Said a different way, we help retrain your brain to do more of the work for you. NLP helps you shift into working with yourself instead of against yourself. And we all could use more of actually working with ourselves.

So what are you waiting for?

If your hesitating, check in for a moment again. Do you feel that split between being compelled to take action and your complacency with how things are right now? This is exactly what we are offering to help you with – to have all of yourself aligned with your goals and aspirations.

Eat Healthy will not only give you deep, refreshing relaxation, but it will help you enjoy foods that are good for you, foods that help you achieve the weight you want.
